Support must have quit! This is only the second game I've paid to remove ads from. After an update, the ads came back. I emailed support and got a prompt reply, asking me to send my game ID so they could fix it. I replied I didn't know where to find that and ... nothing. Sent that email four more times over three weeks and never got a response. Still stuck with the ads I paid to get rid of. UPDATE - two weeks later, after sending my game game ID, no response and still have ads.

I’ve been playing Carrom Offline for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the most relaxing and enjoyable board games on the Play Store. The controls are smooth and easy to learn, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced players. The gameplay is terrible. In the 1 Cr Bet Freestyle Carrom mode, a pink-colored circle suddenly appears around the aimed puck. Instead of helping with aiming, it distracts you, breaks your focus, and can easily make you lose the match. On top of that, the robots seem to pull off completely unrealistic shots that make you wonder if the game is even fair. It often feels frustrating rather than skill-based. not recommended.
